Payment and cancellation policy:
An advance payment of 30% of the reservation value is required by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded at 50%.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable.
Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 150.00 Euros is required for each reservation.
The deposit is intended to cover damages and will be fully refunded to the guest upon departure if no damage has been done.
